What is a merchant account?
A merchant account is set up with a financial institution to allow you to accept credit card payments directly from your clients. Money collected through your merchant account is deposited directly into your checking account within 2 to 3 business days. You need a merchant account if you want to take credit card payments from your clients using your own business name, and having the money deposited directly into your business checking account
How long does it take to start accepting credit cards?
Our online application will only take 5 minutes to complete. Most of our merchants start accepting credit cards in 24 hours.
Does the account include an online Payment Gateway?
Yes! There is also no set up cost.
What is a Payment Gateway?
An Internet gateway is software that allows merchants the ability to perform secure real-time credit card authorizations through your website. The payment gateway also includes access to a virtual terminal. The virtual terminal allows you to manually key in credit card transactions online as well.
If I have a poor credit card score will this prohibit me from being approved for a merchant account?
No. There are no hassles and no strict credit requirements.
I don't have a website. What if I want to process sales offline?
You have several options. You can use a physical terminal to "swipe" credit card sales as they happen (card present sales). Or you can use our free credit card software to process cards manually, as well as on a website.
Do I receive any training on the equipment?
You will be fully trained on all equipment at NO charge.
How will I receive payment on each of my transactions?
After the transaction has be approved, your customer's charges are deposited directly from our processor to your bank account, Transaction deposits typically within two business days from the date of the transaction.
What credit cards will I be able to accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diner's Club.

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCIDSS) is a set of requirements designed to ensure that ALL companies that process, store, or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment.
How do I become PCI Compliant?
We provide full Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCIDSS) for you so that it is as hassle free as possible.
Why do I need to become PCI Compliant?
PCI is not, in itself, a law. The standard was created by the major card brands, such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX and JCB. If a breach occurred for a NON PCI compliant merchant than that merchant may be subject to fines, card replacement costs, costly forensic audits, brand damage, etc., should a breach event occur.
Will I also be able to use my iPhone or android cell phone to process credit cards if I need to?
Yes, you will be provided with a free App download and the instructions on how to set this feature with your merchant account.
