Top: SSL Certificates

How long does it take to get my certificate?

Our certificates are normally issued as soon as 15-20 minutes after a request is received and purchased (assuming the CSR submitted is correct/ and the email listed is valid). The only exception is the EV (Extended Validation) orders which take longer to issue because of the corporate validation process.

Please note that for Comodo certificates, they will send you a validation email which you will need to respond or follow the procedure included in the email. Once you respond to that email, they will issue your certificate. The email address is the one you selected during the order process.

If there is any problem with your request, you will receive an email from our support staff. If you do not receive a response to your order request within 5 hours, please contact us immediately at support@directnic.com.
