How do I renew the Direct DNS service for my domain?

You can renew your Direct DNS when it is expiring in less than 30 days.

1. In your Directnic account, click the "Renewals" tab on the second navigation bar.
2. Check the item in the list for renewal, then click on "Renew Now" .
3. Go over the list, set the number of years to renew to the desired amount, and then click on "Checkout."
4. Check over the confirmation information for your purchase, enter your credit card information (or use your Directnic Dollars) and click on "Purchase." (Note: only click purchase once, the process can take a few minutes)

You will receive an email invoice at the address listed in your Directnic account. You can also view the invoice under Customer Settings. If you do not renew the Direct DNS service before it expires, the DNS records will be deleted. We do not retain the previous records. The domain will revert to a Parked status. Other services such as email forwarding and POP3 accounts, should remain active. If you would like to renew Direct DNS after it expires, you will have to purchase it and set it up again.
