Can I choose to leave mail on server?
Some users use multiple clients to retrieve email. For example, you may use office outlook as your primary mail client to retrieve email. You can also set it up in your webmail, your phone, your laptop or any other secondary email clients to retrieve emails while you are traveling or at home. Then you can choose to "leave mail on server" in your secondary email client so that you can still get another copy of your emails when you go back to your office.Please remember you need to uncheck "leave mail on server" in your primary email client. Otherwise your email box will be full and you cannot receive new emails.
Also, our server does not recognize the option to delete mail on server after a certain amount of days. You need to choose delete mail once you have downloaded from the server.
