How can I change my Directnic account contact information? When you first signed up for a Directnic Account, the contact information you entered is used as both your default domain contact and your Directnic account contact. You can later add new contacts for your domain names under "Customer Settings" -> "Contacts Manager." Your domain Contact information will be used for your public WHOIS data and it must be valid. Your Directnic account contact under "Customer Settings" -> "Account Information," is used only for Directnic to send you important messages such as renewal notices. That contact information is kept private with Directnic and the account owner. If you have moved or changed your email address, please remember to update both "Contacts Manager" for domains and "Account Information" for your Directnic account. Be sure to submit the modifications by clicking on the appropriate button at the bottom of the window.
