I forgot my password for my POP3 account. Can you send it to me?

Yes. You can change to a new password in your Directnic account. You do not have to remember the old password in order to change to a new one.

To change your POP3 account password:

1. Log into your account and go to Domain Manager.
2. Click on the 'Email' icon to the right of your domain name.
3. Click on the Edit link in front of your POP3 account name.
4. Enter the new password and click "submit." We will send it to the email address listed in your account.
