Does it mean I have 20MB storage space if I have a Directnic POP3 account?
The webmail comes with 5MB of storage space and Directnic POP3 accounts come with 15MB, but that does not mean you can store up to 20MB of messages. The reason is that these are two different types of storage space.
The 15MB of storage with the POP3 accounts is the amount of storage you have before you check your mail. So, for example, if you go on vacation for 3 weeks and you continue to receive mail, you can receive up to 15MB of mail before you run out of space and new messages are bounced back to the sender.
When you get home and check your mail, you will be downloading these messages from the POP3 server to your webmail space and freeing up your 15MB of POP3 space. The messages that you keep go against your 5MB of webmail storage space. We give you more initial POP3 space because it's nearly impossible to control who sends you what, but once you download the message you always have the option to delete large unwanted emails.
