Can I cancel a renewal?

Once a domain name renewal has processed, the renewal cannot be refunded.  Annual service plans (such as Directnic Hosting, Email Services, Direct Privacy, etc) can be refunded within the first 30 days of the original renewal date.  Please contact Directnic Customer Support via the contact information listed here as soon as possible to process the refund.
