Addendum Agreement for .ES

The following terms and conditions in conjunction with our Policy and Disclaimer located at https://directnic.com/terms/doc/privacy.policy, governs your ("Registrant") use of the following .ES domain registration service provided to you by Directnic.com ("Directnic"). As used throughout this agreement, the term "we," "our" and "us" shall refer to Directnic where applicable.

1. Conditions of Registration. You agree to be bound by Ministerial Order ITC/1542/2005 (referred to as the Domain Plan) for domain name registrations within this ccTLD. The Domain Plan is available at http://www.dominios.es/dominios/en/todo-lo-que-necesitas-saber/normativa.
