Any trademark holder who wants to participate in any sunrise phase of any nTLD MUST register their trademark with the Trademark Clearinghouse. The trademark clearinghouse was established as a rights protection mechanism for all trademark holders. Once your TM is validated by the Trademark Clearinghouse, you will receive a Signed Marked Data, “SMD” file that you will then provide to us when registering your specific TM during the sunrise phase.
