What are the benefits of participating in the Trademark Clearinghouse?
- The TMCH protects brands in two ways: with a Sunrise Service and a Trademark Claims Service.
- After verification, trademark owners can take advantage of the Sunrise to safeguard the domain name that matches their trademark and register it during the sunrise period for the relevant extension.
- The trademark claims service is a notification service to warn both domain name registrants as well as trademark holders of possible infringements.
