Do you offer spam control?
Yes, we do offer various spam control options which all accessible through your hosted email console.
We offer Account and User level filtering which allow you to control how your incoming email is handled.
Our most popular feature is SpamAssassin which is an automated email filtering system that attempts to identify spam messages based on the content of the emails, headers, and body.
How do I report spam? Click here
Our most secure spam control option is BoxTrapper. With BoxTrapper enabled it will require all email senders to reply to a verification email before you can receive their mail. Please be advised, any email from a system generated email account (e.g. Directnic notification emails) will not be received since these are computer generated.
