Email Forwarding Migration

If you are using Directnic name servers, no further action is needed. If your domain name is set to 3rd party name servers, you will need to update your MX record at your DNS provider.

How to locate your MX record:

1.) Inside of your Directnic account, hover over 'My Services' then select 'Email' in the drop-down menu.

2.) Click on your primary domain name under 'Description'.

3.) Next to "server", you'll see your MX record. Example: dnic-mxfwd1.directnic.net

4.) This is the MX record you will use for your email forwarding plan. Please contact your DNS provider if you need assistance adding this record to your domain name.

Note: After your MX record has been added, please give it about an hour for propagation across the web.
