Why is my order being rejected?
There are a number of different reasons why your payment may be rejected. Please check these common causes for a rejected payment:
- Billing address does not match with bank
- Credit card information entered incorrectly.
- The CVV code for American Express cards is the last 4 digits of the code above the card number on the front of the card.
- The CVV code for all other cards is the last three digits of the code in the signature block on the back of the card.
