I am Unable to Add a Credit Card

If your account has been recently created, you might not find the option to add a new card on the Payment Settings page, accessible at https://directnic.com/my/payments

New Account Requirement:
For new accounts, we require you to make an initial purchase before the option to add a card becomes available in our system.

Steps to Follow:

  1. Complete a purchase using your new account.
  2. After your purchase is successfully processed, the new card will be added in the Payment Settings section.


If you have already completed a purchase and you're still encountering issues while trying to add your credit card or if it isn't displaying correctly, please don't hesitate to reach out to Directnic Customer Support.
