How can I restore my Directnic domain name or service if I disputed or cancelled payment?

If you have disputed a credit card transaction or have a returned check, you will need to send us the payment that was cancelled plus an additional $35 chargeback fee processing fee per transaction charged. 

Once we receive your payment, we will then reinstate the domain. Please make sure you reset the hosting status for your domain name. If the domain name has already expired, there may be additional charges.
