Is my username the same as my e-mail address?

It depends on when your account was created if you would use your email as your username:

  • If your account was created prior to March of 2022, you would have established a unique username.
  • If your account was created after March 2022 or is an authorized user account, your email address serves as your username.

To Retrieve Your Username:

If you need to retrieve your account username, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Directnic.com.
  2. Click on "Log in" to access the login page.
  3. Then click on "Forgot Username."
  4. Enter the email address on file for the account.
  5. If prompted, provide a domain name that is associated with the account.
  6. Click "Submit."

You'll receive further instructions or your username via email to the provided address.
