What is a phone-in passcode?

Using the Phone-In Passcode (PIN) for Directnic Customer Support:

When contacting Directnic Customer Support, you can ensure the security of your account and personal information by using a unique numerical phone-in passcode, often referred to as a Personal Identification Number (PIN). This passcode/PIN helps ensure that only authorized individuals have access to your account.

Key Points:

Separate from Login Password: The phone-in passcode or PIN is distinct from the login password you use with your Directnic username for online account management.
Account Protection: The passcode/PIN adds an additional layer of protection to your account during phone interactions.

Access and Modification:
The phone-in passcode or PIN is generated during your account's initial setup. You can modify this passcode/PIN to enhance security. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Directnic account.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Security Settings from the dropdown.
  4. Choose Phone-in-PIN from the left-side menu.
