Why can't I log into Directnic.com?

Troubleshooting Account Access Issues:

    Verify that you're using the correct Username and Password associated with your Directnic account.  To be reminded of your login information you can use the following links:

    If you've recently created your account, you won't be able to log in until the account is validated. Look for an activation email in your inbox and click the "Activate Account" button to complete the activation process. Don't forget to check your spam folder if you can't find the email.
  3. CAPS LOCK Check:
    Check that CAPS LOCK is not accidentally turned on while entering your login information. Your credentials are case-sensitive, so this can lead to login issues.
  4. Browser Compatibility:
