Can I redirect a subdomain?
A subdomain or a second level domain (ex. shop.domain.com) can be redirected via our free Direct DNS service. The most common method to set this up is via an A record or a CNAME record. You will need to get the specific IP address or the hostname from your webhost to properly point the domain to their servers. Simply add the DNS record required by your Webhosting Provider in the DNS Manager page of the domain. Please go to this page for further information for it: https://directnic.com/knowledge/article/164:where+do+i+create+an+a%2Fmx%2Ftxt%2Fsrv+record%3F.
